its first-ever online event, “Self-Care WEEK 2026,” for five days from May 11th (Monday) to May 15th (Friday), 2026.

This event is a free program designed for busy women who tend to put themselves last in their daily lives, offering them a chance to experience time to reset their mind and body.

■ Social Background: Lack of Time for Self-Care Becomes a Challenge

Due to the increase in dual-income households and diversification of lifestyles, more women are finding that “self-care” (Gojiai) often takes a backseat amidst their busy schedules.

As a result, we frequently hear comments like:
“I’m supposed to be resting, but I still feel tired.”
“I can’t seem to find any mental余裕 (ゆとり /ゆとり = leeway, emotional space).”

Against this backdrop, the importance of “self-resetting habits” that can be easily continued in daily life is growing.

■ Five Days to Reclaim “Self-Recharge Time” and “Self-Care”

“Self-Care WEEK 2026” is an event designed for “my hardworking self,” providing time to reset, relax, and look forward again.

At Free Life LAB, we call the time dedicated to self-resetting in daily life “Self-Recharge Time.”

And at its core is the concept of “Gojiai” = valuing one’s own mind and body.

Just like recharging a smartphone, our minds and bodies also need regular recharging.

Taking a little time to prioritize yourself, who often gets neglected in busy days, ultimately leads to a better-managed daily life.

■ Program Content

In this event, participants can experience time to reset their inner selves (mind and emotions) through 15-minute morning yoga sessions and evening meditation/journaling.

Additionally, the program incorporates time to reset external aspects, such as organizing and fashion workshops.

By resetting both inner and outer aspects, participants can naturally develop a sense of self-management in their daily lives.

Participants can attend just one session or all sessions.

You can experience “resetting habits” from both inside and out.

For example, on the first day, after relaxing the mind with meditation, participants will learn about the flow of May through Kyusei Kigaku (Nine Star Ki Astrology) and find hints for actions that can be incorporated into daily life.
