T.H.I. Group Sets Record Date for Cash Dividend Distribution

T.H.I. Group has announced the schedule for its cash dividend distribution. The company will distribute a total of NT$684,806,150, equivalent to NT$5 per share. The ex-dividend trading date is scheduled for July 15, 2026, with the record date set on July 21, 2026. The cash dividend payment date will be August 13, 2026. The Chairman is authorized to adjust the dividend yield if the number of outstanding shares changes due to share repurchases or other events.
