Taishin Shin Kong Financial Holding announced on behalf of its subsidiary, Shin Kong Life Insurance, the follow-up matters regarding the termination of the surface right contract for a plot of land in Beitou District, Taipei City. Following the mutual agreement to terminate the contract with the Taipei City Government, Shin Kong Life has been finalizing settlement processes with commissioned contractors, including Chien Kuo Construction. According to the termination agreement, the Taipei City Government will reimburse the costs incurred by the company for fulfilling the contract. The company stated that these settlements have been completed and will not have a material impact on its financial and business operations.
