Taishin Shin Kong Financial Holding announced on behalf of its subsidiary, Shin Kong Life Insurance, supplementary details regarding the termination of the surface right contract for the city-owned land at lot 93, Ruanqiao Section, Beitou District, Taipei City. Following a mutual agreement to terminate the contract with the Taipei City Government, Shin Kong Life has been settling affairs with commissioned contractors, including Chien Kuo Construction. The Taipei City Government will reimburse the associated costs incurred. The termination has no material impact on the company's financial operations.
