Nan Ya PCB Announces Election of Directors and Change in Over One-Third of Directors

Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board Corp. announced a significant change in its Board of Directors following the comprehensive re-election at the 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 14. Nine directors, including three independent directors, were elected, resulting in a change of more than one-third of the board members. Following the shareholders' meeting, the new board re-elected Mr. Ming-Jen Tsou as Chairman.
