Shimokitazawa Hospital Participates in "FOOT HEALTH AWARDS 2026" - Ticket Sales Begin

Shimokitazawa Hospital (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), operating under the philosophy of "supporting life from the feet," is participating as a judging institution in the "FOOT HEALTH AWARDS 2026."
This award is planned and operated by SOL & Co. Inc. as the "be Foot Lab." project, in collaboration with our hospital, and tickets for the Grand Prix Final Stage are now on sale.

This award is a groundbreaking new award that judges and presents excellent initiatives in fields such as medicine, beauty, sports, and healthcare in a unique format called "presentation drama."
The finalists' final presentations will be staged as theatrical works, visualizing the background and passion behind their developments as "stories that can be experienced." This aims to deliver medical expertise and social value to a wider audience. General attendees can also watch the finalists' final presentations and vote for the initiative that resonated most with them, making it a participatory award where attendees themselves become "judges."

Towards a "foot culture" that moves society beyond medicine. The FOOT HEALTH AWARDS, based on the concept of "supporting life from the feet," is an award that discovers and disseminates initiatives that bring new value to society, spanning across medical, beauty, sports, and lifestyle domains. In collaboration with medical institutions, evaluations are conducted by integrating medical knowledge and social perspectives.
The judging is conducted in a unique "presentation drama" format, delivering the development background and passion as an experiential story.

In addition to the medical team from Shimokitazawa Hospital, the judging panel includes experts and specialists from various fields such such as beauty, health, sports, and business, including Keiko Takeshita, Ikue Sakakibara, Dai Tamesue, and Takashi Fukunishi. Evaluations are made from both medical evidence and social impact perspectives. Furthermore, in this award, votes from attendees are also reflected as part of the evaluation.
The fact that attendees can participate as "judges" rather than just observers is another major feature of this award.

Shimokitazawa Hospital, as Japan's first "comprehensive hospital for podiatric medicine," provides specialized medical care for foot health, including diabetic foot complications and maintaining/improving walking function. He is also currently writing the script for the Fuji TV drama "Couple's Separate Surnames Detective." For this award, he will comprehensively produce the direction that visualizes products and initiatives related to feet as "stories."
