Well Aging Medical Corporation, which operates "D Clinic Tokyo Wellness" (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Director: Nao Isaka), announced on May 7, 2026, that it has changed its name to "Well Sleep Clinic Tokyo" as part of a clinic rebranding. In conjunction, "Well Sleep Clinic Osaka," operated by Suisoukai Medical Corporation, will open on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, as the second clinic under the "Well Sleep Clinic" brand.

## About the Name Change

"D Clinic Tokyo Wellness" has been renamed to "Well Sleep Clinic Tokyo (WELL SLEEP CLINIC TOKYO)," with Nao Isaka appointed as director, and will continue to provide medical care under the new brand.

WELL SLEEP is a term combining WELLNESS and SLEEP.
