**1. About the New Toyama Head Office Building**

The current Toyama office building (Address: 47-4 Shimohongo, Fuchu-machi, Toyama City) was constructed in September 1997. Since then, expansions have included additional office space, the completion of the Tsurugi Data Center, and the expansion of nearby parking facilities. This new building is intended to consolidate scattered workspaces within Toyama City and accommodate the increasing number of employees.

With the operation of the new building, we aim to facilitate smoother internal communication and create a more comfortable working environment, thereby achieving more sustainable growth.
