About the Author: Shuhei Danrin, Representative Director of Rokko Jitsugyo Co., Ltd.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined a consulting firm for small and medium-sized enterprises. He became the representative director of a subsidiary at the youngest age within the group. After going independent, he participated in the management of an actual transportation company (approximately 20 vehicles) in Bandō City, Ibaraki Prefecture, from November 2022. Witnessing the harsh management environment of the transportation industry and the bankruptcy of surrounding trucking companies, he felt a sense of crisis.
