Aim for Skilled Worker! Subsidizing Skill Test Application Fees for FY2026

The Amada Foundation (Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Tsutomu Isobe) provides subsidies for skill test application fees related to metal processing, and is currently accepting applications for the first half of fiscal year 2026 until August 31. ■ What is the Skill Test? This is a national qualification system that evaluates the level of skills acquired or required for work. There are 133 job categories, including machining, carpentry, and financial planning. Passing the exam results in a certificate, allowing the individual to use the title "Skilled Worker" (from the central vocational ability development association pamphlet). ■ Purpose of the Subsidy The Foundation aims to contribute to the sound development of Japan's industry and economy through subsidies for skill test application fees.
