Saga Prefecture Industrial Smart Center to Host Sales Capability Seminar for the DX Era, Using Generative AI to Build Repeatable Sales Processes

A must-attend event for business owners and sales managers who feel their sales capabilities are weak or want to develop salespeople who can consistently close deals. The Saga Prefecture Industrial Smart Center, operated by RYO-FU BASE, opened in 2018 as a hub for open innovation using AI and IoT. It holds seminars and events that support DX promotion among companies in Saga Prefecture. The upcoming “Sales Capability Improvement Seminar for the DX Era” will introduce the “10 Principles of Sales,” a set of essential practices for successful sales, while explaining how to use generative AI to build highly repeatable sales processes. In the workshop held during the latter half of the event, participants will specifically design a practical sales system that enables anyone in their company to sell effectively. To further promote DX, the seminar will share practical know-how for moving away from sales processes dependent on individual talent, raising the sales capability of the entire organization, and shifting toward proactive DX. After graduating from Kobe University’s Faculty of Business Administration, Saito joined NTT, where he led the launch of new IT-related businesses. In 2004, he joined Funai Consulting, where he spent 18 years providing consulting services for IT companies. In 2022, he became an executive officer at Funai Soken Digital, and in 2024 he joined Cloud CIRCUS. He is well regarded for marketing consulting that increases customers and writing that generates responses.
