About Kobo Nonokaze
The Mino district of Shiota-cho, Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture. In this land surrounded by mountains and blessed with water, we grow grains without relying on fertilizers or pesticides.

"Crops can grow without being given fertilizer" — learning this fact and thinking "I want to try it" was what triggered me to start farming.

I was not originally a farmer, but by fate, I married into a farming family in Shiota. Together with my husband and parents-in-law, out of a desire to "deliver to people whose faces we can see," we launched "Kobo Nonokaze," where we handle everything from cultivation to sales ourselves.

Currently, my husband works part-time on the farm while I work full-time, and we run "Nonokaze" while raising two children.
