Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026 NAGOYA to be Held Over Three Days Starting June 17

The Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE), chaired by Hiroki Nakajima, will host the "Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026 NAGOYA" from June 17 to 19 at the Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Exhibition Center). This marks the 10th physical edition of the event, which will be the largest in its history, with 541 companies exhibiting across 1,118 booths.

Following the "Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026 YOKOHAMA" held in May, this exhibition will continue under the theme: "Creating the Future of Cars and Mobility Through Fusion with New Technology — Innovating Automotive Technology Through DX and Co-Creation." The program will cover three perspectives: the evolution of cars achieved through DX, the evolution of social services surrounding cars, and the evolution of manufacturing, featuring special exhibitions and lectures.

Key highlights include a special technical lecture on material innovation supporting next-generation mobility and the "Forum NAGOYA," which will introduce the latest trends in automotive technology and industry. The event will also feature an immersive in-vehicle sound and visual experience, as well as hands-on exhibits showcasing the latest technology-equipped vehicles. This year, 229 of the 541 exhibitors are first-time participants, reflecting growing interest in new market entrants and cross-industry collaboration. A dedicated press hour has been established on the first day to provide priority access for media coverage.
