The Ibaraki Junior Chamber (President: Takayuki Suga, Location: 1-27 Otemachi, Ibaraki City, Osaka, Yamazaki No. 4 Mansion 3F) will hold a networking event called 'Ibaraki Tsunagaru Kai' on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, aimed at young business professionals in their 20s and 30s.
This event is a practical networking opportunity for those who have desires such as 'wanting to expand my network,' 'wanting to meet peers with similar values,' 'wanting to create business opportunities,' and 'wanting to build reliable connections in the community.'
On the day of the event, Mr. Masafumi Nishikaze, a specialist in network formation who hosts exchange meetings nationwide, will be welcomed as a facilitator to incorporate mechanisms that ensure smooth networking.
In addition, during the exchange, members of the Ibaraki Junior Chamber will realistically share the value they have actually gained based on their own experiences, such as:
- Expansion of networks
- Personal growth
- Opportunities for new challenges
In the second half, a panel discussion will be held with the President, past board members, and the facilitator to delve deeply into topics like 'The impact of networking on life' and 'The value of taking on challenges.'
This event is not just a simple mixer, but a place that provides an 'opportunity for new connections to be born.'
It aims to be a catalyst not only for participants to encounter new business opportunities and values, but also to safely consult with each other within the community and build trusting relationships that lead to the future.
● Background of the Project:
In recent years, as work styles and values have become more diverse, opportunities to build connections and new networks with people of the same generation are decreasing. Especially among young professionals in their 20s and 30s, encounters outside of their workplace or existing communities are limited, and many voices say, 'I am looking for new connections, but I don't have the opportunity.'
Furthermore, while interaction with people who have diverse values and experiences is considered important for business and personal growth, there are not many places where one can build reliable relationships within the community, beyond just superficial connections.
In response to such challenges, this project aims to create an environment where participants of the same generation can easily interact, and to generate new connections where they can share values and aspirations.
Moreover, by being exposed to diverse activities and ways of thinking during the networking, the event provides a place that triggers new realizations and actions for each participant.
