(Representative Director: Yusuke Umeda; hereinafter "Monochrome") through the "Zenkoku Hosho Innovation Investment Limited Partnership" (hereinafter "this Fund"), which was jointly established with Spiral Capital, Inc. (Representative Director: Tomokazu Okuno) and its umbrella organization, Spiral Innovation Partners LLP (Representative Partner: Kazuhiro Kamata).
