■ Background of Exhibition ― Towards AI that Inherits "Personality"
As the social implementation of generative AI accelerates, conversational AI is becoming a standard for operational efficiency. However, solutions that inherit "personality layers" such as "specific executive decision-making criteria," "veteran employee's way of speaking," and "organizational tacit knowledge" are still absent from the market.
Meanwhile, according to estimates published by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency in 2019, approximately 2.45 million executives of small and medium-sized enterprises and small businesses will be over 70 years old by 2025, with about half, 1.27 million, having no successor (※1).
