Kuang Chun Lei: Announcement of Receipt of Civil Complaint (Supplemental)

Kuang Chun Lei Company has received a civil complaint (Case No. 114 T.C.C. No. 1368) from the Taiwan Taipei District Court. The plaintiffs claim a contractual dispute and demand liquidated damages of NT$450 million. This dispute arises from the public tender offer for all shares of Guangyao Technology Co., Ltd., in which Kuang Chun Lei is an investor. The company has retained legal counsel to handle the matter. The company has stated that the actual impact on its financial and business operations is yet to be determined by the subsequent litigation progress and judgment, and there is currently no significant impact.
