(1) Yuanta Funds suffered damages due to the breach of trust by a former employee surnamed Qu, and filed a civil lawsuit requesting compensation for damages with the court in July 2022. The Taiwan High Court rendered a judgment on September 16, 2025. Yuanta Funds then appealed to the Supreme Court regarding the unfavorable parts of the judgment.
(2) Yuanta Funds was informed today that the Supreme Court ruled that the former employee surnamed Qu should pay Yuanta Funds NTD 14,130,120 plus legal interest, and overturned the original judgment's dismissal of part of Yuanta Funds' claims, remanding it to the Taiwan High Court.
