(1) The Company's Board of Directors approved the plan to construct a new factory using the self-owned land and commissioned construction method on August 13, 2024. On December 30, 2024, the Board of Directors approved the signing of the first phase of the new construction project contract with a related party.
(2) Due to an increase in the building area of the new factory and the addition of some building materials, to facilitate the overall construction and management of the new factory project, the Board of Directors approved on May 13, 2025, to sign a new engineering contract with Meng Hui Company on June 30, 2025, and the original first phase new construction project contract was abolished.
(3) Subsequently, due to engineering needs, after reviewing and changing the contracted engineering items and scope, to facilitate the overall construction and management of the new factory project, it is proposed to sign Supplementary Contract I with Meng Hui Company. The total amount of the new and old contracts remains unchanged, and the Chairman is authorized to sign with Meng Hui Company.
