Haneda Airport Garden Extends Operating Hours: A New Destination for Nighttime Airport Experiences, Whether Flying or Not

Haneda Airport Garden, a mixed-use complex directly connected to Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport and operated by Sumitomo Realty & Development Commercial Management Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo / President: Naoto Yamamoto), will extend its operating hours starting June 2026. The facility is enhancing its operations to meet diverse needs, including late-night and early-morning usage.

In addition to opening 24-hour souvenir shops and lounges to improve convenience as an airport-connected facility, Haneda Airport Garden is strengthening services that appeal to a wide range of customers—whether they are flying or not—by launching a parking campaign and introducing new entertainment spots that offer fresh nighttime experiences, leveraging its unique airport location.

Extended Hours Make “Nighttime Terminal 3” More Convenient

In response to the growing number of inbound tourists and the expansion of late-night and early-morning flights, major stores at Haneda Airport Garden will extend their operating hours starting June 2026. This change will broaden nighttime usage scenarios, such as dining and shopping, for hotel guests and passengers on late-night flights.
