We are recruiting for the "Iga City Regional Revitalization Cooperation Team" to move to Iga City and work on regional revitalization and solving issues in regional agriculture.

You will be involved in agricultural promotion while learning about technology, farm machinery operation, and management, with the aim of solving issues in regional agriculture, which is facing aging and a shortage of successors. The focus will be on rice cultivation, the city's main crop.

Activities will involve being dispatched to an organization composed of multiple community farming groups, where you will participate in initiatives to solve regional issues alongside farm work. You will also gain know-how for future farming and agricultural management.
