- The value-added amount (operating profit + labor costs + depreciation) for the latest fiscal period must be approximately 100 million yen or more

Support Content
For each company selected as a support target for this project (hereinafter referred to as "supported companies"), Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the supporter") will provide hands-on consulting support.
In the consulting support, we will identify issues that need to be resolved for corporate growth, formulate a support plan to achieve growth, and based on this support plan, a dedicated consultant will provide hands-on support for promoting measures and action plans aimed at resolving issues and building a PDCA cycle. In addition, at the end of the fiscal year, we will evaluate and verify the achievement status of the support plan.
If necessary for issue resolution, companies can utilize Sendai City's "Comprehensive Support Project (Value-Added Improvement Course) Subsidy" once during the maximum 3-year support period.
We will provide promotion support through various media, including the website "SENDAI CORE COMPANY," which introduces companies with elements of regional core companies inside and outside Sendai City.
We will provide network building support among supported companies and with companies inside and outside the city.
We will conduct fieldwork to learn about the organizational culture of growing companies in the Tokyo metropolitan area and elsewhere.
As needed, we will provide spot-on site improvement support, such as productivity improvement in factories and operation improvement/business process optimization in stores.
