*If you are considering utilizing various measures of Sendai City's 'Regional Core Enterprise Generation Support Package' this fiscal year based on the results of this support, we recommend applying early, keeping in mind the application periods for those measures.
Main Eligibility Requirements
- Regional companies with their head office in Sendai City
- A certain scale of employees at the time of application (generally 30 or more)
- Sales in the most recent term of approximately 1 billion yen or more, etc.
Support Details
For the selected support target companies, Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC will implement support to extract essential management and business issues.
In providing support, we will analyze the current situation of the company from multiple perspectives from the following viewpoints, through preliminary research based on submitted documents, interviews with management and employees, and on-site visits.
- Analysis of the external environment such as market environment and competitive trends
- Analysis of financial conditions and profit structures
- Analysis of internal environments such as the company's business content and organizational structure
The support period will be approximately 1 to 2 months for each company, and interviews/hearings will be held about 3 times.
Based on the results of the analysis and hearings, we will organize and prioritize the essential issues faced by the supported company, and then organize the direction of measures that contribute to solving the issues.
Ultimately, we will compile the results of the issue extraction and measure organization into a document and provide information to lead to future growth and the effective use of support measures.
*This support covers up to the extraction of issues and organization of measures, and does not include specific execution support.
*Companies that receive support through this project may receive additional points in the selection process for various measures (subsidies, etc.) of the 'Regional Core Enterprise Generation Support Package' implemented by the city in the future.
