Therefore, we combined two balls onto one skewer, creating a bite-sized yet satisfying experience.

The matcha powder is a carefully selected matcha from a long-established Uji tea specialty store, which has continued since Tenmei 1 (1781), handling everything from raw material selection to grinding. We use 100% of this "Kyoto-produced" Uji matcha.
