He ranked first among rookies in 2010 and achieved the highest results in the division for three consecutive terms. He moved to Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting, engaging in strategic consulting and new business development for industries such as pharmaceuticals, apparel, and retail. He then returned to Keyence, conducting new business launches and sales strategy formulation. In 2020, as co-founder and COO of Asuene Inc., he oversaw the sales, marketing, and consulting departments, leading organizational growth from 2 to 400 people and achieving growth exceeding T2D3. Later, aiming to support the growth of startups and SMEs, he founded Exgrowth Co., Ltd.
