The Joint Commission on College Entrance Examination for Technical and Vocational Education today issued a press release stating that the two-year technical college skilled admission does not consider the scores of the unified entrance examination. Graduates of public or private junior colleges or those with equivalent qualifications, who meet the criteria for outstanding performance in skill competitions, technician certifications (types), professional and technical personnel higher examination certificates, or professional and technical personnel ordinary examination certificates as specified in the guidelines, are eligible to apply.
For the 115th academic year, there are 2 schools and 2 departments (groups) or programs offering 4 quotas for two-year technical college skilled admission by recommendation. For two-year technical college skilled admission by selection, there are 25 schools and 83 departments (groups) or programs offering 486 quotas.
The two-year technical college skilled admission adopts individual application. Applicants must first register online and submit qualification review materials. The qualification review will be accepted from 10:00 AM on April 9th to 5:00 PM on April 13th. Only those who pass the qualification review can register online and pay the application fee; the online application period is from 10:00 AM on April 20th to 5:00 PM on April 23rd.
The Joint Commission stated that applicants who meet the qualifications for two-year technical college skilled admission by recommendation can also participate in the two-year technical college skilled admission by selection. Those who meet the selection qualifications can apply for a maximum of 5 departments (groups) or programs within the admission categories that count their awarded skill competition or technician certification (type), but each school may limit applicants to apply for only one department (group) or program at that school.
