Lu Tung-fa, director of the Taitung County Fire Department, told reporters today that on the 7th, they received a set of the "ZOLL X Series Advanced Portable Defibrillator (with physiological monitor)" jointly donated by Chien Jung-kun, Chen Mei-chu, Xuhui Private Driving School, Taoyuan City Zhongyuan Private Driving School, and Hsinchu City Jingying Private Driving School. This tangible action supports Taitung County's emergency medical capabilities and protects people's lives.

Lu Tung-fa stated that this equipment features high mobility and multi-functional monitoring capabilities, allowing real-time tracking of patients' vital signs. Given Taitung County's vast territory and relatively insufficient medical resources in some areas, the need for advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care is particularly crucial. The proactive donation of high-end medical equipment by private entities not only strengthens the response capabilities of frontline rescue personnel but also buys more golden rescue time for residents in remote areas, holding profound significance.

Through the Taitung County Fire Department, the donating businesses stated that the three driving schools have long focused on public safety and social welfare. They hope this donation will serve as a catalyst to inspire more companies and groups to join public welfare efforts and work together to create a safer living environment.
