LINE Subscription Service to Launch Customizable Personal Profiles, Phase 2 Member Benefits Go Live

LINE announced that the five core features of LINE Premium's first phase—advanced backup, album upgrade, hidden recall, app font, and app icon—have been fully released across Taiwan. Users can now start a "first month free trial" to experience these advanced features. The second phase focuses on exclusive offers for LINE Premium members across four popular services: LINE MUSIC (offering monthly selection of 3 songs, available during the free trial), LINE Shopping, LINE Gift, and LINE Travel (where exclusive rewards can be claimed monthly after the trial period). Additionally, the LINE Premium "customizable personal profile" feature will be rolled out in batches soon, requiring the LINE app to be updated to version 26.5 or newer. This feature allows subscribers to easily switch between multiple personas without needing a second account, enabling them to set up two additional profiles besides their main one. These profiles can be individually set for each friend, providing a more personalized interaction experience.
