High School Vocational Entrance Exam Skill Test Kicks Off from April 11

For the 115th academic year, 86 schools and 350 departments (classes) will conduct the "Vocational Specialty Selection Entrance Exam Skill Test," with a total of 9,526 candidates registered, expecting to admit 7,583 students. The skill test in Taipei City is scheduled for April 12, while other cities and counties will hold it on April 11. The Ministry of Education today reminded candidates via press release to pay attention to information such as sample test content and examination room rules. The Ministry of Education pointed out that the specialized enrollment skill test for vocational programs in senior high schools is a practical selection mechanism primarily based on skill tests. The test content includes: animal breed identification, creative hand-shaken tea drinks, computational logic, tourism guide explanations, 3D and planar views, programming, and basic agricultural identification. This allows junior high school students with vocational or skill-oriented aptitudes to enter technical high schools, enabling skilled talent to transition appropriately and cultivating more high-quality technical talents for the nation.
