Quanta shipped 5.3 million notebook computers in March, a significant increase of 3.3 million units from February. Quanta told CNA reporters that in the first quarter, shipments of NVIDIA's GB300 series AI servers exceeded GB200. The momentum for GB300 will continue in the second quarter, with shipment schedules following customer project timelines, maintaining the goal of doubling AI server revenue for the entire year 2026. Notebook visibility is currently low, requiring observation of customer and market demand changes.

Wistron shipped 2.8 million notebook computers in March, an increase of 1.2 million units from the previous month. In the first quarter, notebook shipments were 6.1 million units, down 11.6% sequentially and up 24.5% year-on-year. Desktop computer shipments in March were 1 million units, an increase of 400,000 units from the previous month; monitor shipments in March were 1.1 million units, an increase of 350,000 units.

Wistron pointed out that notebook products are affected by rising memory prices, leading all brand clients to stock up in advance, a trend expected to continue into the second quarter.
