Taiwan Railways Administration responds to religious events, launches Q-version Mazu towels, Yongbao An Kang steel boxes

The Baishatun Gongtian Temple Mazu pilgrimage to Beigang Chaotian Temple in Miaoli County's Tongxiao Township will depart late on the 12th, and the Dajia Jenn Lann Temple Mazu pilgrimage in Taichung is scheduled to set off on the 17th.

Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) issued a press release stating that to respond to the two major annual religious events, the Baishatun Mazu Pilgrimage and the Dajia Mazu Pilgrimage, it has specially combined Taiwan's deep folk religious culture with railway travel memories to launch the "Mazu Accompanying, Baoan Together" series of blessing products today.

This time, the limited Q-version Mazu image is incorporated into the design of pilgrim supplies, and the classic station name imagery of "Yongbao An Kang" (meaning eternal peace and health) is extended to create practical daily life products with auspicious meanings, allowing the warmth of faith to enter people's daily lives through their journeys.

TRA pointed out that the Mazu Baoan combined set is designed with the pilgrimage culture at its core, combining practicality and auspicious symbolism. Customers who purchase one Mazu sports towel and one streamer can enjoy a combined discount price of NT$500 (original price NT$700, approximately 71% off).

TRA stated that the Yongbao An Kang combined set combines the blessing meaning of the classic station name with practical design. Customers who purchase one "Yongbao An Kang 316 Square Double-Layer Steel Box" and one "Yongbao An Kang Imitation Ticket Bag" can enjoy a combined price of NT$888 (original price NT$1299, approximately 68% off).

TRA stated that from today until April 30, various limited-time discount combinations and value-added gifts will be offered while supplies last. For example, customers who purchase a Yongbao An Kang Imitation Ticket Bag will receive one Baishatun or Dajia Mazu streamer; customers who purchase the "Shizi Anchan" co-branded gift box will receive one Baishatun Mazu good luck charm.

Regarding sales channels, TRA pointed out that the Mazu Baoan combined set and the "buy bag get streamer" activity are exclusively sold at the TRA Dream Factory online store and TRA Dream Factory stores in Taipei, Songshan, and Nangang, as well as Taichung Bento stores; the Yongbao An Kang combined set and the "buy gift box get charm" activity are sold through all TRA channels.
