Previously, passengers had to make separate reservations and payments with each individual bus operator offering the route. With Conemobi's website or app, users can now complete everything from reservation and payment to boarding in a single, seamless process.

With this new service rollout in the Chugoku-Shikoku region, travel between regional areas that previously required transfers and were difficult to access has become possible, thanks to service collaboration across multiple bus operators via Conemobi—extending beyond the traditional movement between major urban centers.

A flagship offering is the "Vertical Journey" (Tate-Tabi) service connecting the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean. By enabling a three-day stopover in Okayama—the transfer hub—Conemobi offers not just transportation to a destination, but also new opportunities for tourism and exploration at the transfer point.

Through collaboration with multiple bus operators, Conemobi has realized a cross-company service experience that transcends individual operators.
