The General Incorporated Association Miss Contest Association of Japan (Representative: Hiroki Uchida) has begun accepting applications for participants in the Mrs. SDDs JAPAN 2026 National Competition, to be held on September 8, 2026.

The theme for this article is, "Mom, why don't you try it?"

In recent years, an increasing number of applicants cite reasons such as, "My daughter encouraged me to," or "My family pushed me to."

"Now that childcare has settled down, why not give it a try?" "I want Mom, who always works hard for the family, to be the star for once."

Such words from family can lead to a new step in life.

We want mothers to show us their courage to take on challenges.

Mrs. SDDs JAPAN is not just a contest to compete for beauty.

It is a stage where women who face society in their own way while pursuing their careers, raising children, caring for family, and engaging in community activities gather.

For children, seeing their mother pursue her dreams is the best message that "age is irrelevant when it comes to taking on challenges."

Not as "someone's mother," but as "an individual woman."

Many women have put their own dreams on hold due to marriage or childbirth.

Mrs. SDDs JAPAN aims to provide an opportunity for such women to reconnect with themselves and take a new step forward.

Accepting applications from participants nationwide

For the 2026 competition, we are accepting applications from all over Japan.

Experience and occupation are not prerequisites.
