Fora General Incorporated Association (Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takumi Fujimura) will participate as a collaborating organization in the "Education Innovator Development Program," a certificate of completion program to be launched in October 2026 by The University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Education (Center Director: Yasushi Asami). This program is an initiative based on the comprehensive partnership agreement signed between Fora and The University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Education in October 2025.
The "Education Innovator Development Program" and Fora's Involvement
The "Education Innovator Development Program" is a certificate of completion program for working professionals (to be launched in October 2026, 70 hours over 6 months) organized by The University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Education. It aims to identify, train, and foster a community of "education innovators" who will bring about change in educational settings, not limited to school education.
Fora will participate as a collaborating organization in the planning and operation of the aforementioned program. As part of the collaboration between the university and the private sector, Fora will specifically provide advice on program planning, public relations for recruitment, communication strategy, course operation, and community building, aiming for program operation from the perspective of the participants.
In particular, from the perspective of promoting educational innovation, collaboration among schools, government agencies, corporate organizations, and others aiming for educational innovation in their respective fields is crucial. Therefore, Fora will contribute to the planning and operation of the program with the goal of fostering community building that will lead to new collaborations and partnerships, primarily among the participants.

Message from the Representative Director
"Since 2016, we ourselves have been working to support various schools in inquiry-based learning and career education. In that process, we have encountered various challenges, but we have also had the opportunity to take on challenges together with many teachers, government officials, corporate organizations, and researchers to overcome them.
We feel that this program is a great challenge to clarify what educational innovation is in the broad, multi-layered, and complex field of education, and to build connections with those who aspire to it. We are very grateful to be able to participate in this initiative.
We hope to contribute not only to the content of the program but also to the flow of creating new education in an era of great change, through community building among program participants and the new collaborations that will emerge from it."
