(hereinafter referred to as 'Inplay'), effective May 1, 2026. With this integration, Inplay will be absorbed into the Association, and business will be promoted under a unified structure. The ski resort information platform 'SURF&SNOW,' operated by Inplay, will continue its services as before even after the integration. **Background and Objectives of the Integration** In recent years, Japan has seen a deepening labor shortage, and the scope of foreign talent's activities continues to expand. Furthermore, with the recovery and expansion of inbound demand, the need for human resources in the tourism and resort sectors is also increasing. Additionally, it was announced in April 2026 that new acceptances of Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 in the food service industry would be suspended in principle due to reaching the cap, further increasing the demand for foreign talent and emphasizing the importance of human resource development and retention based on long-term engagement. In this environment, by integrating the Association's foreign talent support business with Inplay's services in the resort and tourism sectors, we aim to expand mutual business domains and create greater growth opportunities.
