【10th Anniversary】Mrs. International Japan Competition & World Representative Selection Event

On April 29, 2026, the "Mrs. International Japan Competition & World Representative Selection Event," organized by Rose Crusaders (General Incorporated Association International Women's Support Association / Representative Director: Sakurako Ito [Minato-ku, Tokyo]), was successfully held at City Hall & Gallery Gotanda.

This competition was first established in Japan in 2017 as a selection platform for representatives to the international beauty pageant "Mrs. International," which targets married women. Its origin lies in Representative Director Sakurako Ito's experience participating in the world competition in America in 2015, which has a history of approximately 50 years.

At that time, there was no established contest in Japan for married women ("Mrs.") with accumulated life experience to challenge the world with their value. Under the clear aspiration to "create a place to demonstrate one's charm and potential to society, based on the principle of contributing to others," this competition was launched from scratch.

For 10 years since then, Rose Crusaders has distinguished itself from other contest brands that rely solely on superficial glamour, as symbolized by social media. It has built unique values centered on self-improvement, social contribution, and human connections. Throughout its journey, it has trained a total of 600 women, men, and teens, conducted over 100 academies annually, and produced 50 world competition participants.

## 10th Anniversary Highlights

In 2026, this competition reached its 10th anniversary milestone. This year, a grand total of 95 participants, including past Grand Prix winners, appeared on stage, embodying a scale and depth that is extraordinary for a single beauty pageant. Furthermore, in addition to the Mrs. category for married women, world competition participants from the men's division "Mr. Phoenix," and the teenage divisions "Miss Pre-Teen International" and "Miss Teen International" also appeared, demonstrating an expansion as a "stage of life" transcending generations and genders.

Additionally, Ms. Keiko Aoki, an internationally active businesswoman and prominent socialite based in New York, was welcomed as a special guest. Her overwhelming presence and message brought an even greater sense of dignity and exaltation to the entire venue. Finalists refined themselves through academies and training camps held daily, embodying a stage that transcended a mere beauty contest to become an "expression of their way of life." Their appearance deeply resonated with and moved many attendees.

This competition is realized through the support of all stakeholders, including the contestants who challenge with resolve and their respective aspirations, official partners who sponsor under the great cause of "supporting those who pursue a charming existence throughout their lives!", the instructors and operations team who perfect the auditions, academies, and competition preparations, and even the delivery drivers on the day of the event.

Graduated from Seijo Gakuen. After studying abroad in San Diego, while working at Cathay Pacific and an investment bank, she participated in the Mrs. International World Competition in 2015 as the Japan representative for the competition, which has a 50-year history in America. She won the Grand Prix in her age category for two consecutive years at Best Body Japan. As the owner and national director of 10 international contest brands, including Mrs. International, she has dispatched participants to world competitions. She received the Best Director Award at the World Competition in 2023 and 2024. Aiming to remain active throughout her life, she continues to stand on the world stage herself.

## Future Outlook

Rose Crusaders will continue to support those who pursue a "charming existence throughout their lives." For contestants, the competition is merely one milestone in life, and that single day becomes a new starting point.
