This exchange event is held with the aim of promoting future career development and mutual understanding through dialogue between university students and international students with roots in South America, including Brazil, and Japanese companies.

A Forum for "Dialogue," Not a "Briefing Session"

The most distinctive feature of this exchange event is the small group dialogue format.

Unlike joint company information sessions where companies unilaterally explain, this is a place where students and companies/organizations can talk directly in small groups to gain a deep understanding of each other's values, experiences, and future potential.

In fiscal year 2025, approximately 60 students and 16 companies participated, and cases of internships and ongoing exchanges developed after the event.

Feedback from participating companies includes:

"We were able to meet excellent students."

"It was meaningful for considering the South American market."

"We hope this will continue to be held."

Survey results from companies

Students also provided many positive comments, such as:

"I was able to talk with companies at close range."

"I heard real stories."

"I became interested in work that connects Brazil and Japan."

Enhancing "Exchange Time" in Fiscal Year 2026

In response to requests from participants, the overall exchange event will be extended from 2 hours to 3 hours this year.

This will allow for:

Expansion of each company's presentation time from 1 minute to approximately 3 minutes

Increased time for small group interaction

Evolving into a program where both students and companies can engage in deeper dialogue.

An Exchange Event Balancing Social Contribution and Corporate Value

This exchange event is a social contribution activity that supports young people with foreign roots, while also providing significant value to companies.

Forming connections with global talent

Opportunities for future recruitment and internships

Information exchange regarding the South American market

Networking with other companies

Promotion of diversity and multicultural coexistence

We aim for a new form of corporate exchange that balances "social contribution" and "corporate growth."

Company Recruitment Underway

We welcome participation from companies interested in business with Brazil and South America, companies wishing to interact with multicultural talent, and companies seeking connections with future global talent.
