The Japan Risk Communication Association (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Haruko Osugi; hereinafter RCIJ) will hold a free online seminar titled "Understanding 'HR's Risks' and Countermeasures from Organizational Theory" on July 24, 2026 (Fri), inviting Futa Sakai from Momentor Inc.
The seminar will present countermeasures against critical corporate management risks such as "employee social media controversies" and "flames caused by recruitment PR," not just through individual literacy education, but also from the perspective of "organizational culture."

The Escalation of "Social Media Controversy Risks" and Delayed Countermeasures, as Seen Through Data
Inappropriate statements and information leaks on social media by employees and recruitment staff have become management risks that significantly damage corporate brands. Meanwhile, a survey by Teikoku Databank (May 2026) revealed that only 23.2% of companies have internal rules regarding employee social media posts, indicating that approximately 70% of companies have not yet established such rules. This highlights the reality that many companies are lagging behind in establishing internal rules and providing preventative education.
The Cause of Controversies: "Individual Literacy < Organizational Culture"
This seminar will analyze social media controversies not as a matter of "lack of individual literacy," but from the deeper level of "organizational culture." Behind the unintentional inappropriate remarks lie "a lack of imagination regarding the scope of impact" and "an excess of belongingness to the organization."
The seminar will explain how to build an organization that prevents risks by using three concepts: "integrity," "social power," and "moral disengagement."
