【Our Vision for Honey Festa】
Do you think all honey tastes the same? In fact, "honey" varies in color, aroma, and taste depending on the source plant and the region where it was collected. The Japan Honey Meister Association's wish is for people to rediscover the deliciousness of honey and become more interested in it. We thought, what if there was a place where various honeys could be gathered together for comparative tasting, would it increase interest in honey? With this in mind, "Honey Festa" was born in 2013. Honey, a natural food created by bees, will surely be an opportunity to make your daily life richer and more flavorful.
【Features of Honey Festa 2026】
This year marks the 11th edition of this event as a honey promotion activity. We aim to help people reaffirm the goodness of honey and incorporate it more casually into their lives by (1) experiencing the deliciousness of honey and (2) experiencing various ways to use honey.
(1) Taste and purchase honeys and honey products from Japan and around the world
With approximately 100 types of honey from 20 prefectures in Japan and 27 countries worldwide gathered in one place, it also serves as a platform to introduce lesser-known honeys. A key attraction of this event is the ability to taste and sample before purchasing with confidence, and to buy Japanese and international honeys while speaking directly with importers, beekeepers, and other sellers and producers. Honey wine and bee-related goods will also be sold.

(2) Workshops to learn how to use honey
Workshops will be held to teach various ways to use honey for food and beauty (held only on Saturdays and Sundays; participation tickets available for sale online from June 26).

The "9th Honey of the Year" contest, which selects the most delicious honey available for purchase in Japan, will also host public voting where visitors can taste honeys that have advanced to the final round and cast their votes (held only on Saturdays and Sundays; numbered tickets distributed on the day).
