Application Guidelines

1. Award Categories

[Individual Award]

Individuals (regardless of gender) who have made significant contributions to the development of female engineers in any of the following areas:

・Serving as a role model for female engineers and influencing many others in the field

・Contributing to the creation of workplace environments where female engineers can thrive

・Supporting the development of female engineering talent through corporate training or diversity promotion initiatives

・Supporting next-generation career development for female students in technical fields

・Contributing to increasing the number of female engineers through elementary and secondary education initiatives

[Organization Award]

Companies, organizations, schools, and research institutions that have achieved results in developing female engineers through initiatives related to work style reforms, workplace environment improvements, human resource development, career support, and nurturing the next generation

2. Awards

Outstanding Achievement Award: Certificate of Merit and Crystal Trophy

Encouragement Award: Certificate of Merit

3. Application Period: July 1, 2026 – September 15, 2026
