Kamiwarizaki Campground Outdoor Festa to Be Held in Minamisanriku on June 13, 2026

The Kamiwarizaki Campground Outdoor Festa is an event held at Kamiwarizaki Campground in Minamisanriku, Miyagi Prefecture. This year’s event will feature many new tents from outdoor brands as well as gear making its first public appearance. A number of outdoor shops will also participate, offering a wide range of camping gear, goods, and accessories. The event is designed to make outdoor activities feel more accessible, and visitors are welcome to drop by casually. The event will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No reservation is required, and admission is free. Some products and experiences at individual booths will require payment. Original goods will be given to the first 100 groups. Exhibitors include booths for displays, hands-on experiences, sales, and food. OGAWA GRAND lodge Sendai will display tents and offer paid original capsule toys, with planned exhibits including Artemis + Roof Fly Tarp and Lodge Shelter TC + Mesh Screen. Tohoku GYROs will offer a wood-splitting experience and sell firewood, while Minamisanriku YES Factory will hold a spoon-making workshop. Sales booths include Goto Kaisan, which will sell oysters in the shell and shucked oysters; KANAME DESIGNS, which will sell woodcrafts and outdoor goods; WOOD STOCK and Lemanside, which will sell outdoor goods and camping gear; and Kamiwarizaki Campground, which will sell original drawstring bags, Sierra cups, and more. Food vendors will offer crepes made with natural eggs, hot sandwiches, drinks, keema curry, charcoal-grilled lamb skewers, homemade lemon soda, iced chai latte, special hot dogs, fried octopus, seafood soup, draft beer, coffee, and other items. Kamiwarizaki Campground is located in Minamisanriku, Miyagi Prefecture, next to Kamiwarizaki, one of the town’s most scenic spots. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the campground offers stunning sunrises, refreshing blue sea and sky, and star-filled night skies. Accommodation options include free camping sites, auto camping sites, and log cabins, making it comfortable even for beginners. Most plans also allow pets, provided that rules and manners are observed. The campground also offers takeout food, BBQ ingredients, and daily necessities. Popular items include seafood skewer sets made with local seafood and garlic butter octopus made with the town’s specialty octopus.
