"Music Area" that excites all generations
Over 50 groups of diverse genres, from top-class popular artists in Japan to talented artists from Aichi Prefecture, are scheduled to perform. Four stages, named after "Kingyo" (goldfish), a symbol of Yatomi City, will appear at the venue, delivering passionate performances.
*Note: The first lineup of featured artists is scheduled to be announced around July 2026.*
"Giant Art Area" decorated with 100 goldfish
Numerous artists, including world-renowned and up-and-coming artists, will create works specifically for this event. With Yatomi City, the host city celebrating its 20th anniversary, and Tobishima Village, an adjacent village, as themes representing local resources, diverse art pieces will gather, including art works utilizing huge containers and motifs of "100 goldfish," a famous product of Yatomi City. The vast venue will be transformed into a colorful, extraordinary space. Through art, the festival aims to re-recognize the charm of Yatomi City and Tobishima Village both domestically and internationally, further enhancing its value and creating a new vision for regional revitalization.

The food area will feature a food market showcasing local ingredients, in collaboration with "Iitomo Aichi," which promotes Aichi Prefecture products. ■ Background of the Event
The southern part of Yatomi City, where the venue is located, has a history of suffering severe damage from the Ise Bay Typhoon in 1959. However, through the indomitable spirit of its predecessors, it recovered and has now developed into one of Japan's leading "logistics hubs" supporting the Chubu region. On the other hand, it also faces challenges such as the decline of traditional goldfish and Japanese white-eye culture and the closure of elementary schools, indicating changes in the local community. We will leverage this industrial foundation to update Tomihama Green Park into a "hub for exchange" where people can interact. Just as logistics transports goods, this festival will bring "joy" and "vitality," and disseminate the region's charm nationwide. From this vast park, we have decided to hold the event to create regional pride and new vitality.
■ Thoughts of the Organizing Body
"We want to make Tomihama Green Park, a large park, a place where people gather and create lasting memories!" With this in mind, local volunteers stood up. By integrating entertainment such as music and art into this place, which was once recognized only as a logistics hub, they aim to create "new attractions of Yatomi" that have never existed before. Through this festival, they aim to create a fervor for 20,000 people using their own and the region's power, conveying a positive message to the next generation that "we can start new things in our own town" and "Yatomi is an interesting town where we can take on challenges." This festival is not just a one-off event; it aims to be a "beacon" that fosters attachment and pride in the region for years to come, creating a vibrant landscape with local power.
