This time, we feature 'organic colinki nozawana-style pickle.' Colinki is a rare vegetable, a relative of pumpkin that can be eaten raw. It offers a refreshing, cucumber-like taste with a hint of pumpkin's gentle sweetness. We've preserved its unique qualities in a crisp, refreshing pickle.
We also offer 'organic eggplant agedashi' and 'organic eggplant ippon-yaki.' Summer eggplants have thin skin and are juicy and tender. They pair well with oil, and when cooked, deliver a melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich umami.
'Organic water spinach salt stir-fry' highlights the crisp texture of water spinach, stir-fried simply with salt. Cooked quickly over high heat, it retains the vegetable’s natural freshness and crunch, enhanced by garlic aroma and savory salt.
