Watami Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter Watami) will launch a new course for the summer banquet season at its izakaya chain "Torimero" (hereinafter Torimero) on July 8, 2026 (Wed). The "Stamina Pottery Grill Course," featuring "Kirishima Kurobuta" pork as the main ingredient, will be available at all 98 Torimero locations nationwide.

The main ingredient for this course is "Kirishima Kurobuta," a brand of pork from Miyagi Prefecture, raised in the rich natural environment of Miyako City, Miyagi Prefecture. The pigs are carefully raised one by one with thorough breeding management and specialized feed at the foot of the Kirishima mountain range, with the entire process from raising to processing conducted consistently in Miyako City.

"Kirishima Kurobuta" is a certified brand pork from Miyagi Prefecture, characterized by its fine, tender meat and a refined, sweet fat that melts in your mouth. Please enjoy the "Stamina Pottery Grill Course" at Torimero, where you can luxuriously savor the meticulously raised "Kirishima Kurobuta."

The feature of the pottery grill, which uses "Kirishima Kurobuta" as the main meat for this course, is that the flavorful Kirishima Kurobuta is grilled with plenty of vegetables and garlic on a pottery plate, finished with a garlic soy sauce flavor for a full stamina boost. Additionally, bacon and sausages reminiscent of summer BBQ are also prepared with Kirishima Kurobuta. Enjoy a course perfect for summer, with a hearty, stamina-filled flavor that pairs perfectly with drinks.

Furthermore, customers who make reservations for the Stamina Pottery Grill Course (¥4,500 including tax) at least 3 days in advance will receive a special offer: a luxurious doubling of the "Kirishima Kurobuta" portion in the main pottery grill dish.

Additionally, at some eligible stores, reservations made through the official website or official LINE (phone reservations available at some stores) will receive an extension of the all-you-can-drink time by 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 180 minutes, allowing for more time to enjoy your meal and conversation.
