Washington Hotel Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chigusa-ku, Nagoya; President and Representative Director: Futoshi Hasegawa) will reopen the "Washington R&B Hotel Sapporo Kita 3 Nishi 2" (213 rooms total) on July 2nd after renovations.

The hotel, which originally opened in April 2002, has undergone a full-scale renovation.

This renovation includes a refreshed interior design for all guest rooms. For single rooms, wide desks have been positioned for optimal TV viewing, enhancing functionality. The previous configuration, which primarily featured single rooms, has been revised to include newly established twin rooms and connecting rooms, allowing guests to freely move between two rooms via an interior door. This caters to a diverse range of needs, including families and international travelers.

Furthermore, we are focusing on providing "sound sleep (= comfortable sleep)" by introducing a "Choice of Mattress" option. Guests can select either a mattress from Airweave Inc., which reduces physical strain and supports deep sleep, or the AiR mattress from Nishikawa Inc., which achieves high body pressure dispersion through its unique uneven structure.

Some guest rooms are equipped with shower heads and hair dryers from ReFa, which balance cleaning power with moisturizing properties. The lobby now features a pillow selection corner, allowing guests to choose their preferred pillow, further enhancing comfort.

The hotel is conveniently located approximately a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it ideal for business travelers. It is also within walking distance of Sapporo Clock Tower and Sapporo TV Tower, serving as an excellent base for sightseeing.

We offer various room types that emphasize functionality within a simple design, allowing guests to choose based on their purpose of stay.

Single Room: Equipped with a 120 cm wide bed and a wide desk with a large surface area.

Twin Room: Features a separate type with independent bathroom and toilet. The beds are movable, allowing them to be pushed together for use, providing peace of mind for guests with small children.

Connecting Room: Newly established for the first time in this renovation, available in two types: Twin + Single and Single + Single. These adjacent rooms are connected by an interior door, allowing families and groups to move freely between them while maintaining separate spaces, balancing convenience and privacy.

- HDMI cables for connecting PCs, game consoles, and other devices are available for rent at the front desk.

- Some rooms are equipped with shower heads that generate ultrafine bubbles (0.0001mm) to help adjust body temperature, leading to better sleep by increasing skin surface temperature, such as the "Bollina" shower head, or the "ReFa" shower head which has the same characteristics as Bollina and offers cleaning power and moisturizing properties.

- Epsom bath salts, which enhance the warming and relaxing effects of bathing, are available at the amenity corner in the lobby.

- Smart TV content in guest rooms includes healing music (relaxing BGM) that can help regulate the autonomic nervous system by inducing alpha brain waves.
