■ Movie Story: A tale of taking that "one step" with courage

[Synopsis]

Traumatized by being mocked for his singing in front of a large crowd during middle school, the protagonist, Kai Saito, became a shut-in who could no longer sing in public.
His only sanctuary was in his dark, 6-tatami mat room, where he used AI to create music and posted it online while hiding his true identity.

One day, Kai meets a woman named "Sana" in a music community.
Saved by his interactions with her, as she listens to his songs every day, Kai gradually falls for her.
However, the person Sana admired was a "famous and sparkling artist."

"As I am now, I can't meet her with pride..."

To become a man worthy of Sana, Kai undergoes a rigorous diet and starts attending vocal classes to overcome his trauma.
Supported by Jin, his only close friend from his part-time job, and Miyu, a vocal coach who provides gentle and precise guidance, Kai slowly changes himself.
And finally, he promises to meet the Sana from behind the screen in real life, but...

[Characters]

Kai Saito: The protagonist. A shut-in who cannot sing due to past trauma, but resolves to change for Sana.
Sana Ito: A music friend Kai met online. Bright and pure, she admires famous artists.
Jin Yamada: Kai's co-worker at his part-time job and his only close friend. Highly communicative and easily gets along with anyone.
Miyu Asano: A teacher at the vocal school Kai attends. She believes in Kai's voice and gently pushes him forward.
Iroha Sakurai: A guitar instructor and Miyu's best friend. Her cheerful personality leads those around her.
Koharu Takahashi: Sana's best friend. She doesn't speak much but sharply observes human relationships.

■ Who should watch this

"I want to change, but I can't take the first step."
"I have a dream, but I've given up thinking it's impossible for me."
"Past traumas and failures are still holding me back."
This movie was made for people who have harbored such feelings.
The story of the protagonist, Kai, is not about someone with special talents.
It's a story of an "ordinary person" found anywhere—weak, scared, yet struggling to change.
There will surely be a scene that strikes a chord in your heart.

■ A new form of independent production

Normally, producing an anime broadcast on TV or in theaters requires millions of dollars, hundreds of professional staff, and years of time.
Even if someone thought, "I want to make a movie!" the barrier has historically been too high.

However, Director Reberuma is trying to break down that wall by mastering AI.
Giving instructions to the AI alone, he generates and assembles video, voice, sound effects, and music.
This project is a challenge proving the dawn of a new era where "even a single person, with passion, can become a director and deliver a movie."

■ Unprecedented production speed of ~50 minutes in 4 months

Creating a 50-minute anime movie as an individual would typically take a lifetime just for the drawing process. However, Director Reberuma completed the first part in a mere 4 months through collaborative work with AI.

This is not simply the result of leaving everything to AI.
From thousands of AI-generated assets, he carefully selected those that fit the emotions and actions of the story, repeating the generation process tens to hundreds of times for a single scene, achieving a quality unimaginable for an independent production.

This astonishing speed has the potential to drastically change the future shape of anime production.

■ Wanting to create the "Finale" together through crowdfunding

"Part 1," currently available on YouTube, depicts Kai gathering his courage and taking a stand.
Will Kai be able to overcome his trauma and change his life?
To complete "Part 2 (Finale)" which depicts that dramatic conclusion, we have launched a crowdfunding campaign on CAMPFIRE.
In order to conclude the story in the best possible way, we seek support for higher-quality image generation and more.
