The new store will open as part of the food floor renovation at Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin, marking one of the key highlights of the first food floor overhaul in 11 years in the Tenjin area. It will introduce customers in the Kyushu region to the unique world of La Maison du Chocolat.

"La Maison du Chocolat Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin," the brand's first boutique in Kyushu, will offer a wide collection including signature chocolate assortments such as "Attention" and "Assortiment Maison," as well as ganaches, pralines, and baked goods. The boutique will present the brand's cherished savoir-faire passed down since its founding, along with delicate flavors crafted from carefully selected ingredients.

Nicolas Cloiseau, Chef Pâtissier Chocolatier of the Maison, continuously pursues new expressions while paying meticulous attention to detail. With a sharp eye for observation and refined technical expertise, he creates nearly 200 experimental recipes each year, striving to capture rich flavors and subtle nuances within just a few grams of chocolate. He also continually refines classic recipes by incorporating modern sensibilities, preserving the Maison's traditions while creating new tastes that resonate with the times through his refined artistry and endless passion for chocolate.
