Assassin's Creed Black Flag RE:SYNCHRO to be Released on July 9, 2026!

Ubisoft K.K. announced that "Assassin's Creed Black Flag RE:SYNCHRO" will be released on July 9, 2026. This title is a remake of "Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag," originally released in 2013, and was developed under the lead of Ubisoft Singapore. (Note 1) It will be available for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC (Ubisoft Store / Steam / Epic Games Store), and will also be playable on the subscription service Ubisoft+.

In "Assassin's Creed Black Flag RE:SYNCHRO," players will embark on an adventure as the rebellious pirate Edward Kenway, caught in the centuries-long struggle between Assassins and Templars, set in the Caribbean during the Golden Age of Piracy. As Edward pursues wealth and glory, encountering legendary figures like Blackbeard, Anne Bonny, and Calico Jack, the fate that pirates have forged will be jeopardized.

"Assassin's Creed Black Flag RE:SYNCHRO" is built with the latest Anvil engine, achieving further evolved visuals and gameplay compared to "Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag." It features parry-focused combat, improved stealth and parkour, a deeper naval combat system, and a new story. Grammy-nominated artist Woodkid will once again handle the music for the series.

"Assassin's Creed Black Flag RE:SYNCHRO" will be released for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC (Ubisoft Store / Steam / Epic Games Store).
