What is URCHAT?

URCHAT is an AI assistant directly integrated with K-LEDGE's operational data.

Unlike general-purpose AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), URCHAT possesses specialized knowledge of kei-truck logistics operations. It is pre-trained on workflows unique to this industry, including reading payment statements, verifying invoice numbers, required check-in items, and trip logs compliant with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's safety guidelines.

By saying, "I'd like to do today's pre-shift check-in," URCHAT will sequentially confirm driver health, alcohol use, and vehicle condition, then record the data directly into K-LEDGE's predefined check-in format. No manual transcription to paper or other apps is required.

3 Instant expense recording via receipt photos

Take a photo of a receipt and send it via chat. URCHAT automatically suggests the amount, date, tax category, and accounting code. After confirmation, the expense is recorded directly into K-LEDGE's expense ledger.

4 Instantly check revenue and expense status

Ask natural questions like "How much did I earn this month?" or "How much are my expenses?" URCHAT responds based on the ledger data stored in K-LEDGE.

Three Design Principles for Safe and Reliable Use

1. Confirmation Required Before Execution

All operations that modify data—such as issuing invoices or registering expenses—require user confirmation and approval before execution. No actions are taken silently or without consent.

2. Only Authorized Actions Are Executed

URCHAT only performs actions permitted to the user within K-LEDGE. It cannot execute operations beyond what the user can do in the management interface.

3. Data Is Not Used for AI Training

Conversations and attached files sent to URCHAT are not used to train AI models. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with external AI providers ensures user data is excluded from model training.
