The Green Data Center business (hereinafter "this business") is a new data center initiative aiming to construct environmentally conscious, sustainable data centers and efficiently utilize electricity by maximizing the use of renewable energy. This business was launched based on a three-company agreement signed in June 2024 to promote the development and business deployment of green data centers. Currently, against the backdrop of expanding AI utilization and the rapid rise in cloud demand, the importance of high-performance and highly reliable digital infrastructure in Japan is increasing. Furthermore, from the perspectives of global warming countermeasures and economic security, there is a strong demand for the development of a sustainable and clean data center foundation within Japan.

The two data center sites newly established in Ehime and Chiba Prefectures, which are owned and operated by DASP in this business, were developed as business bases to support the sustainable growth of the Daiki Axis Group through repeated selection and coordination by the Daiki Axis Group. By installing solar power generation facilities, they will utilize renewable energy as their primary power source, working to reduce environmental impact and build sustainable digital infrastructure. Additionally, key facilities within the data centers, constructed by Mirait One, will adopt high-performance GPU resources, including NVIDIA's NVIDIA HGX B200, to establish a computing foundation capable of responding to increasingly complex demands. Furthermore, by leveraging MORGENROT's GPU cloud platform service "MORGENROT®︎ Cloud Bouquet," they will achieve efficient operation and stable supply of GPU resources, providing high-quality computing services that utilize clean electricity.

Through these measures, this business will contribute to the decentralized distribution of data centers to regional areas through Watt-Bit linkage, as promoted by the government, and will play a crucial role in realizing a carbon-neutral society.
